u999 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

Welcome to u999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and u999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the u999 website and all associated services, games, and features accessible at u999.life.

u999 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Pakistan. Our services include sports betting (with a focus on PSL and other cricket markets), virtual sports, online casino games including live dealer tables, roulette, Aviator, fishing games, and Ludo games. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and accessed via mobile or desktop browser.

By registering an account on u999, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To use u999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. u999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a real person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted without prior written authorisation from u999.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of u999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from u999 or any affiliated platform.

u999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within seven calendar days of request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on u999. Duplicate accounts – whether created intentionally or accidentally – will be identified through our fraud detection systems. Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited and bonuses voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering on u999 you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. u999 will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity that takes place on your account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly notified u999 of unauthorised access.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your u999 account. 2FA is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your u999 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before the account is fully closed. Remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

u999 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your u999 membership:

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) – both sides
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 90 days
• Proof of ownership of the payment method being used (e.g. screenshot of registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account matching your CNIC)
• Source of funds documentation in cases where large or unusual transactions are detected

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All transactions on u999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. u999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your u999 account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the receiving payment network – typically within a few seconds for mobile wallets and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. For fully verified accounts, standard mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business hours during normal banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and matching the details on your u999 account. u999 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. This policy protects players from fraud and ensures the security of all funds.

u999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. In rare cases where processing costs are unavoidable, any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

u999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on u999, you agree to those specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New u999 players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds to your account balance. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion details before you opt in.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• u999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled partway through, the specific handling of partially earned rewards will be communicated to affected players.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Real money balance is always used and wagered first. Bonus balance is applied after real money balance is depleted within the same session.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

u999 offers sports betting markets across PSL cricket, virtual sports, and other events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets placed during a technical fault or where odds were clearly displayed in error may be voided at u999's discretion. The minimum bet amount on u999 sports markets is Rs 300.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the minimum completion threshold is reached (as defined for each sport), all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned in full. The minimum completion threshold for T20 cricket (including PSL) is five complete overs in the first innings for a result to stand. For live in-play markets that have already settled during the match, those settlements remain valid.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to return a payout. If one leg of an accumulator is voided (e.g. due to match abandonment), that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs. u999 allows accumulators of up to 10 selections from different events.

Maximum Payout

u999 applies a maximum payout limit per bet slip across all sports betting markets. The applicable limit is displayed on the bet slip confirmation screen before you confirm your bet. Bets that would theoretically exceed this limit are accepted but capped at the stated maximum payout.

8. Casino Games

u999's casino games include live dealer tables, roulette, Aviator, Ludo games, fishing games, and other electronic gaming products. All casino games on u999 are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Each casino game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information screen. RTP represents the theoretical long-run return to players and is not a guarantee of individual session results. Casino games are games of chance – outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or guaranteed.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games stream real-time video from professional studios featuring trained croupiers and real physical equipment. Results from live dealer games are final once the round is settled on-screen. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live dealer round, u999's system records the round outcome independently of the video stream, and your bet will be settled according to the actual result.

Aviator Game

The Aviator game operates on a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins using a combination of server seed and player seed. Players can verify the fairness of any Aviator round using the verification tool in the game. Failure to cash out before the flight ends results in a lost stake – this is a core rule of the game and is not subject to dispute.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Holding more than one account on u999
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with u999 games or markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage – any winnings generated through a known software fault must be reported and will be voided
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems
• Using u999 in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit through your payment provider after the corresponding funds have been used in gaming activity
• Accessing u999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using another player's account

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the u999 platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, software, and data – is the intellectual property of u999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the u999 platform for its intended purpose of personal gaming and entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any u999 content without prior written permission. The u999 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u999 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits u999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be limited by law. u999's total liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding that incident.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

u999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against u999
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Identification of a duplicate account

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than player request or self-exclusion, u999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason to the account holder. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, u999 may not be able to disclose specific reasons without compromising an investigation.

Upon legitimate account closure (i.e. not for fraud), any remaining PKR balance after deducting any voided bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

15. Changes to These Terms

u999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, u999 will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification when they next log in. The updated Terms will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of u999 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
